Committees
Hey guys!
So who's excited for Sym-Bios? C'mon...more hands up!
We are very excited to be organizing the tech-fest this academic year and intend to make it a huge success :D We hope that you share our goal and are thrilled about Sym-Bios, because come February 2013, it's going to be BIGGER and BETTER! And if you happen not to be enthusiastic presently, don't worry 'cause it's contagious and we'll make sure that the excitement bug gets hold of you too ;)
We are currently in the process of finalizing the teams for the various departments which are as follows:

Well, that's about the formalities of the techfest. On a personal note, my vision for the techfest is that it undoubtedly be better than last year, which I'm informed, had only one event. Also, considering we are the CS-IT guys, it is demanded of us that we be tech-savvy in all possible ways. This blog is a starting step and hopefully by the end of Sym-Bios we can display our technical skills to the world :D

Getting started
Hello Friends,
Since now our own SYM-BIOS(CSIT TECHFEST-2013) blog is made therefore we would rather start working and blogging fast.
It's been almost a month since the organising team of Techfest-2013 was made and set out to put together another edition of Techfest. But this time it was the Second Years who have been made responsible for the organization of the Techfest. A lot had happened over in this single month ,so we thought we would make this blog to share our experiences to make the Techfest as much better as we can.
So as we all know the last years CSIT Techfest-2011 wasn't a great success. So to make it better this year we started our preparations a bit earlier even though that wasn't the real reason for us working so earlier, it was actually that the Techfest-2013 was supposed to be in August-2012. Then as per our suggestions only it first got postponed, which ended up at Reverb-2013 our cultural fest like the last year as for now the committees and the coordinators are set we can work fast and make it much better.
Our Techfest last year had no such name or any much of significance but now after much of the suggestions we got SYM-BIOS where SYM means Symbiosis and BIOS is for the Computer's Basic Input and Output System. As now we have great committees set, the Event's ideas also raised up and now we have many events to handle during the fest which we would soon see on the blog's Event column basically set for all the technical as well as the enjoyment purposes.
The blog page is for all of us so if anyone have anything to share please send a mail to any of the coordinators of Techfest-2013 we surely will reply and even post it up here.
For now keep working cause we have lot to do.
